Conditions of Booking at Paloma Beach Apartments

  1. Payment - there are two ways of paying us:

    Credit or debit Card: A minimum of 20% is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 2 months prior to arrival
    Cheque: A Deposit of 20% is required with your confirmation by cheque payable to "J.PARKES". The Balance is Due 2 months prior to arrival.
  2. Any Alteration to the Booking may incur an extra charge.
  3. Cancellations: In the event of any member of the party having to cancel the booking the following charges apply:

  1. We accept responsibility that our Tenerife accommodation is as described in our brochure and website.
  2. Televisions are supplied, with English speaking channels but we do not guarantee which channels are available at any given time, however there are usually around 10 channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports 1, Discovery.
  3. Special Requests are normally met if sufficient advance notice is given. Every endeavour is made to ensure your request is fulfilled however please remember they are requests - requests are not guaranteed and do not form any part of the booking agreement. If your request is a demand, please do not book.
  4. Apartments are normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated at 10 am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with our office. If you arrive before 2pm on the day of arrival we will allow access to the apartment as soon as it has been cleaned.
  5. For bookings in a 1 bedroom apartment for 3 people or a 2 bedroom for 5 people - a supplementary fold up bed is provided - not a full sized bed.
  6. Minimum stay 3 nights. Bookings longer than 1 week are charged pro rata of the weekly rate. Bookings of 3-4 nights are charged pro rata + 15%, bookings of 5-6 nights are charged pro rata + 5%
  7. The apartments are cleaned for guests arrival, linen is provided and changed on a weekly basis, towels are also provided and changed every 2-3 days. Additional cleaning, linen changes & towel changes can be arranged but is at extra cost and not included in our listed prices. Guests booked in to superior apartments can request fresh towels at reception if required.
  8. WIFI is available free of charge from Reception and is available poolside. There is also free Wi-Fi available in every apartment under normal circumstances.
  9. Safes are available in the apartments for a small weekly fee of €10.00.
  10. A local tax of 7% IGIC is included in all of our prices.
