There are 5 types of apartment available to book:
• Standard 1 Bedroom Apartments: these apartments are spacious, comfortable and decorated in a classic style. Includes Free Wifi, 32" TV & DVD player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, plus full kitchen. There is also a safe available for a small fee.
• Superior 1 Bedroom Apartments: Our best apartments - these apartments are spacious, comfortable and brightly decorated in a contemporary style. Includes Free Wifi, 32" TV & DVD player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, plus full kitchen. A safe is available for a small fee. Fresh towels can be requested at any point in addition to the standard change every 2/3 days.
• 1 Bedroom Penthouse: located on the top floor, these apartments are comfortable and decorated in a classic style. Includes Free Wifi, 32" TV & DVD player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, plus full kitchen. There is also a safe available for a small fee.
• 2 Bedroom Apartments: these apartments are comfortable and decorated in a contemporary style. Includes Free Wifi, 32" TV & DVD player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, plus full kitchen. There is also a safe available for a small fee.
• 2 Bedroom Penthouse: located on the top floor, these apartments are comfortable and decorated in a contemporary style and boast 2 balconies with sunbeds + 2 bathrooms. Includes Free Wifi, 32" TV & DVD player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, plus full kitchen. There is also a safe available for a small fee. PLEASE NOTE: In many 2 bedroom penthouses, the second bedroom is only accessible via the first bedroom or via the balcony (which communicates with the lounge). This may be an issue for some guests.

All of our apartments have a spacious lounge and are furnished with comfortable sofas with your relaxation in mind. A 32" TV is installed with over 10 English Speaking Channels (under normal circumstances) and many other international channels, there is also a DVD player included.
Free Wi-Fi is available in every apartment. No other licensed accommodation in Los Cristianos currently provides this extra value to it's guests.
The patio doors open onto a large private terrace with a table and chairs for those who wish to eat outside while looking onto the sea, pool or gardens of Paloma Beach Apartments.
The kitchens are well equipped and include an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and ample cutlery and crockery. The kitchen is normally separated from the lounge with a breakfast bar.
Our Tenerife accommodation has good sized bedrooms and feature built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelf space. The apartments have either twin or double beds, please be sure to inform us of your preference when booking.
Safes are installed in all apartments for your peace of mind and security and are available to use for a small fee.
Bathrooms are tiled and have a bath and/or shower, WC and wash basin, hot water is provided by the apartment's own individual electric water heater. Hair-driers are provided free of charge.

The apartments are cleaned for guests arrival and all linen including towels, sheets etc. are supplied and changed on a weekly basis. With an additional towel change every 2 to 3 days (Note: Please bring your own Beach Towels). More frequent linen and towel changes can be arranged for a small additional fee. When booking the superior apartments, guests are free to change their towels daily for no extra cost.
All of the apartments are individually furnished to a high standard and guests will find features and home comforts that they may not expect to find in hotels or other Tenerife apartments.

- Should you find any maintenance issues with your apartment please inform our staff at Reception and it will be promptly rectified
- You are encouraged to help us in our environmental efforts by disposing of rubbish in the relevant containers at the front of the complex
* ask our staff for details - superior apartment bookings are welcome to change towels daily at Reception
- Our reception staff are on hand daily from 10am to 6pm to help you with every aspect of your holiday

- Out of office hours there is a security guard on hand to help in case of emergencies
- Check in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival, every effort is made to allow access earlier free of charge if you have informed us of your arrival time
- Check out is 11am. If the following guests do not arrive until later this can be extended by up to 2 hours, or where available until the next day for the standard rate.
- Luggage can be stored with us at Reception free of charge
- You are welcome to use the courtesy shower and changing room (towels provided upon request)
- If you have a late flight you may wish to extend your stay by another day and continue to enjoy the comforts provided
- All refuse remaining in the apartments at check out is separated and disposed of in the relevant containers at the front of the complex
- Please help the environment by turning off lights when leaving the apartment
- Towels are changed every 2-3 days to help minimalize unnecessary use of water and detergent
- To help water wastage please consider a shower instead of a bath
- Old white goods and electrical goods from the apartments are stored and collected by authorized collection agents
- Used batteries are collected at reception and disposed of correctly
