Do the apartments have TV's?
All of the apartments have 32" flat screen TV's with around 10 English speaking channels plus many more international channels. Penthouse plus and ground floor pool side apartments have a 55 " TV. 
How big are the apartments?
One bedroom apartments on Paloma Beach are about 65 m² and consist of lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and balcony.  Two bedroom are approximately 80m2 and have all of the aforementioned rooms plus another bedroom. Three bedroom apartment are about 105 m2. 
Does the accommodation have cooking facilities?
The apartments on Paloma Beach all have hob, oven, microwave, pots pans, and all utensils needed for a self catering holiday.
Do the apartments have a balcony?
Yes and all balconies have a table and chairs.
Can I make requests for the position of my apartment?
Of course, you can make a request for any position you like. Requests are not guaranteed but we have a very high success rate for requests.
What days are the apartments available to book from and to?
At Paloma Beach, we can take bookings from any day to any day subject to availability. We can take bookings for ANY length of time but there is a minimum stay of 3 days - so you can book , 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days, 11 days, etc etc.
How do I get to Los Cristianos and Paloma Beach?
Get on the TF1 motorway and follow the signs for Los Cristianos, turn off at the "Guaza / Los Cristianos" exit and then follow the signs for Los Cristianos. After about 2 or 3 km there is a left turn which takes you into Los Cristianos, follow the road down to the sea front and turn left at the 2nd roundabout. Paloma Beach is at the end of this road just past the Sunday Market and Arona Gran Hotel.
Are there restaurants on the resort?
Yes, several - The poolside bar serve food all day and at the front of the resort we have several restaurants offering international cuisine. Just down the road there are cocktail bars and even more restaurants.
Is the swimming pool heated?
The swimming pool at Paloma Beach is heated according to season and never drops below 23ºc.
Is there a charge for sun beds and sun shades?
Sun beds, chairs and sunshades are 2 €. Daybeds are also available for 15 € per day. The penthouse  and the poolside apartments do have their own sun beds but these are for use in the apartments only and should not be removed from the apartments.
Is there a laundry service onsite?
Yes, enquire at reception. 
Is there internet access onsite?
Yes, there is Free WiFi poolside and in every apartment - also free.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There are 2 supermarkets nearby, Hiper Dino is located next door to us at Cristamar opposite the Arona Gran Hotel and Iceland is just accross the road from Paloma Beach in Costamar. There is also a 24hr shop just down the road.
Are there any cash points and banks nearby?
There are cashpoints at each of the two banks at the end of the street.
What sort of entertainment is on offer nearby?
Paloma Beach has a number of bars providing evening entertainment such as karaoke, play your cards right and bingo - there are caberet bars within a 5 minute walk and night clubs in Las Americas.
How far away is the main beach and Los Cristianos town centre?
Los Cristianos beach is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Paloma Beach, as is the town centre.
Can I drink the tap water?
You can but it isn't advisable, drinking water can be purchased from any of the local shops or alternatively there is a water machine poolside providing cheap fresh drinking water.
What about transport around Tenerife?
Taxi's will get you around locally at a reasonable rate and faster than busses, however the bus company TITSA is working all over the island. 
How much is a taxi from Reina Sofia airport to Paloma Beach?
Taxi's to the apartments should cost no more than € 45, even at night time.

What's the weather like?
Probably hot and sunny, but have a look on BBC's weather forcast to be sure.
